Physical and neurological impairment (PNI)

Before making a request, we strongly advise that you complete the pdnet Level 1 training in Raising Awareness of Physical Disability.

Take a look at the Guidance on completing the PNI form. 

As part of any support requests, you must make sure you have:

• parental consent
• supporting documents (remove any password protection)
