The Essex PEP process / How to complete a PEP form

Every child in care between 3 years and 1 term and 18 years must have a PEP.

PEPs are part of each child's care plan and are a key element of their care records through to adulthood.

The next training is due to take place on Friday 17 May 2024 from 10am to 11:30am.

PEP planning for wellbeing

A 1-hour virtual workshop for designated teachers and educational professionals to support planning for students with an elevated 'total difficulties score' on their SDQ and need further assessment.​

The workshop is open to all schools (inside and outside Essex) with an Essex CiC on roll and for all Essex schools with a PLAC or CHwSW child.

The next workshop is due to take place in the summer term on Thursday 25 April 2024 from 3pm to 4pm.
