Previously looked-after children (PLAC)

For adoption in school-age children a protocol between the adoption service and virtual school must be followed.

Children placed for adoption may need a high level of support to assist them through the process.

Transition to their new school needs to be planned and we have developed a process with the adoption service to support this.
