Our mental health is part of our overall wellbeing. When we need support with our social, emotional and mental health, it's about getting the right support at the right time. You also may come across the phrase ‘emotional wellbeing and mental health’ (EWMH) which is used interchangeably with SEMH.
For more information on supporting SEMH in children and young people download Things to help keep children and young people mentally well (Word, 28KB).
To provide feedback, submit requests for new content and to send us any other contributions and suggestions use the SEMH portal feedback online form.
