Resilience resources

SEMH resilience resources.

Resilience is broadly defined as having the ability to deal with and bounce back from difficult situations.

For a set of ideas and practices which promote resilience, based on resilient therapy (RT), visit the Boing Boing website’s Resilience Framework web page.

The Multi-Schools Council has created a programme for schools and settings called The Resilience Project to support resilience in children and young people.

The project is aimed at supporting children and young people from 8 to 18 years old. A YouTube video is available about Our resilience manual introduction.
