Following on from the latest Government advice the Schools Service Centre and Essex Payroll team will start working at home from the 18 March 2020.
What this means for you
This means that from the 18 March 2020 we will switch over to a different telephony system which will enable the Schools Service Centre to receive and make telephone calls from home. As a result you may notice some minor differences when calling as you work your way through the telephone options.
What we will need from you
We ask that where possible all forms/paperwork should be scanned and emailed to us, do not send any hard copies. We will be attending the office periodically to retrieve mail but this may cause delays in processing.

We would just ask that you bear with us during this period and while we are hoping to maintain the service as normal there may be some inevitable disruption.
If you would like to update or add a new email recipient to receive our monthly bulletins and alert’s please email Schools.ServiceCentre@essex.gov.uk and state the recipient’s name, school name and the email address to be added.
