​​Passenger.Transport@essex.gov.uk – Central hub for all email enquiries into the  Integrated Passenger Transport Unit (IPTU) and it is monitored during normal office hours. This e-mail address can be shared with Parents and should be used to report any concerns or issues on transport, including safeguarding concerns.

travelbehaviour@essex.gov.uk – this contact is for schools, transport providers and agencies to report any issues relating to behaviour on school transport.

SENTransport@essex.gov.uk - this contact is for SEND Transport Assessment including Specialist Healthcare requirements.
