  • ​Early Years Foundation Stage Bespoke Consultancy Support. We offer a range of bespoke consultancy for early years foundation stage settings. Email the Workforce Development team​ for more information.

  • Professional Development Training. Early Years and Childcare (EYCC) courses. We have a range of statutory and practical courses and e-learning options to meet your needs. These include: safeguarding training, equality and diversity, stepping into management and many more. Email the Workforce Development team for enquiries.​

  • Essex Teacher Training. The Essex Teacher Training team is highly experienced in working with schools to offer routes to qualified teacher status.​ A great way to get the right teacher for your school is to train your own. 

  • Newly-Qualified Teacher Induction and Training. Do you have an NQT? As an experienced Appropriate Body we can support you in meeting the requirements for induction. We also offer a range of professional development courses which are suitable for NQTs and mentors.
