  • Early Years Foundation Stage Bespoke Consultancy Support. We offer a range of bespoke consultancy for early years foundation stage settings. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • Professional Development Training. Early Years and Childcare (EYCC) courses. We have a range of statutory and practical courses and e-learning options to meet your needs.   • End of Key Stage 1 Administering Statutory Tests. This programme is held in the spring term to refresh your knowledge of the end of key stage 1 in reading, writing and maths. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • End of Key Stage 2 Administering Statutory Tests. This programme is held in the spring term to refresh your knowledge of the end of Key Stage 2 in writing.  Understand the testing cycle and requirements for reading and maths. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • End of Key Stage 2 Writing Refresher. This programme is held in the spring term to refresh your knowledge of the end of Key Stage 2 in writing. Understand teacher assessments in writing and the process of Key Stage 2 moderation. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • Essex Teacher Training. The Essex Teacher Training team is highly experienced in working with schools to offer routes to qualified teacher status.​ A great way to get the right teacher for your school is to train your own. 
  • Key Stage 1 Assessment Clinic. For year 2 teachers. Discuss your teaching assessment judgements with an experienced key stage 1 moderator. These sessions take place in the spring / summer terms. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • Key Stage 2 Writing Assessment Clinic. Discuss your writing assessments with an experienced key stage 2 moderator. These sessions take place in the spring / summer terms. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • Moderation Health Check. For teachers in year 2 and 6. Gain confidence in moderation processes for the Statutory End of Key Stage.​ These sessions with an experienced moderator take place in the spring / summer terms. Email the Workforce Development team for more information.
  • Newly-Qualified Teacher Induction and Training. Do you have an NQT? As an experienced Appropriate Body we can support you in meeting the requirements for induction. We also offer a range of professional development courses which are suitable for NQTs and mentors.
