Service Requests Connection Changes

Service requests can now be made by simply sending an email with a detailed description of the work required to:

customer.service@ducltd.co.uk

The request must be sent via a valid school email address or fax on headed paper signed by the school contact. Please include a valid school email address (schoolname.essex.sch.uk) on any faxes sent.

Processing Service Requests:

  1. Send your Service Request to customer.service@ducltd.co.uk

    In circumstances where the request appears to be controversial or potentially damaging to the infrastructure, the submitted request will be discussed with ECC and the technical person(s) within the school, before it can be authorised.
     
  2. The request will be fulfilled normally within five working days with the response time measured from receipt of the email (or, if received out of hours, from the start of the next working day).
     
  3. All subsequent contact will be with the original sender.
