The service is staffed by a highly skilled workforce, appropriately qualified and experienced in the full range of SEN categories of need.
Although the service operates as 4 distinct quadrant teams, cross-area and cross-specialism working, as well as access to the Associate Specialist Teacher pool, facilitates flexibility to meet changing locality-based demands. Each area team is managed by three Managers - one representing the preschool (PS), and two jointly representing the schools sector.
