New Employee Wellbeing pages
The Wellbeing Service will be launching the new Wellbeing pages on Tuesday 15 May 2018, to replace the existing Occupational Health and Staff Counselling pages. 

There will be a new secure area within these pages, which will provide annual subscribers with additional access to health and wellbeing information and up to date health initiatives. 

How to gain access to the secure area of the Wellbeing Pages:

Users who already have a username / password for Essex Schools Infolink:
  • Schools that subscribe to the Wellbeing Service will automatically have accounts updated
  • Schools that do not subscribe to the Wellbeing Service will need to subscribe before being granted access, please email occupational.health@essex.gov.uk
Schools that do subscribe to the Wellbeing Service but do not have a username / password:
  • ​Please complete the Nomination Form​ to request access and please state that you require access to the Employee Wellbeing area.
The Wellbeing Service is also pleased to announce, following customers' requests, that they are launching two additional services. They are now able to provide solution focused Mediation to help address challenging situations amongst the workplace. 

Also, Line Management supportive sessions are available which focus on providing individual or group supervision where an impartial objective approach may help provide different solutions, a safe confidential place to be able to off load and gain a different perspective.
